My fiancé and I brought our puppy (1yr) to Alma Vet Connection after we had a horrible experience at Paws2Help. We could tell he had some sort of ear infection but we were unsure as to how bad and how to treat. Dr. Maxner and technician Alyssa were so helpful and so gentle with our dog. His infection was very severe and ended up needing to be packed. When we came back for his checkup, Dr. Steer was also so knowledgeable and really made us feel comfortable. She had to pack his ears a second time but they were so easy with him and reassured us that he will be okay. He loves coming here and I would recommend this vet to anyone! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Steers and her team have cared for my dogs for the past decade. The time and care she takes to get to know each dog and their unique personalities (and my dogs have them) is inspiring. She has loved each of my dogs as her own and provided amazing care and treatment during their time of need. She also sent us an angel of comfort when we had to put one of our dogs down. I beyond amazed at how wonderful she is and I cannot imagine bringing my animals to any other vet.

If you are looking for an incredibly personal vet experience, I couldn’t not recommend Dr. Steers and her team at Alma Vet Connection more! Dr. Steers treats her patients like family and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to those we love the most. I really found her additional background in traditional Chinese medicine a breath of fresh air. Being a certified veterinary acupuncturist, she was able to get to the root of my mini husky’s problems in a way that I’ve never seen by any other vet in our area. Dr. Steers and her team were incredibly professional and courteous. She went out of her way to ensure I was well informed and felt comfortable with every choice we made in Summer’s treatment plan. Until I met Dr. Steers, I thought all vets were created equal, but I've found that she is truly one-of-a-kind!

Dr Speers is wonderful. She diagnosed my dogs condition immediately. After seeking help from several other vets, and watching my dogs health decline for many months, my dog is happy and healthy again. Thank you so much Dr Speers and your team.

Amy and the staff are amazing! we love Alma Vet Connection. 10/10 experience every time. Dr. Steers is so wonderful and does a great job listening to her clients and explaining what is needed.

I have been very picky about where to take my two pups, after trying a few vets in the area I’ve found a wonderful team at Alma. The staff is kind, attentive and on top of it, they give you any amount of time you need, I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. You can tell the animals well being is #1. A big bonus is that the Dr Steers. Is trained in western and eastern medicine so she can get creative with their care. My dog had really bad separation anxiety we have been managing over the last few months and he is doing so much better. I am very happy with their care. I highly recommend!

My Yorkie is 15 1/2yrs old, he has little bit of heart issues, he has hind leg issues, and he has a bit of kidney elevated issues. When I took Cody in today he was in real poor health from pain, I had taken him elsewhere last week but what they gave him didn't help much, however, he received awesome care from Dr. STEERS AND HER ASSISTANT ALYSSA. He got acupuncture/laser therapy for his legs and other treatment for various other issues to make his life more comfortable, he received his treatment today and already he is doing better and, I will continue with his treatment. I'm doing better as well, not stressing about his pains and conditions. He is following me around again. Thank you Dr.Steers and Alyssa, I'm truly grateful 🙏amen! Many blessings to you all. I highly recommend Alma vet connection.

I took my dog for her first visit and I completely love their approach. I truly appreciate how they take the time to explain everything with details, by the way they write the whole conversation and send it to you via email. I guess they figured that most of us forget or feel confused about it as soon as we get home. Additionally, in the same email there is a lot information about what to do at home, her diet, recommendations, etc. A few days later I received a call to keep track and they explained the treatment plan and help me to understand the next steps. Anyway, I wish I can find a physician for myself just as good. My Hazel is very lucky!

Alma Vet Connection has completely changed the way I view veterinary care. My dog Mia is extremely timid and anxious, especially when separated from me. Alma’s open-concept, fear-free environment allows me to stay with her for all services in any area of the hospital, which has made a huge difference in her comfort and trust. Dr. Steers always takes her time, never rushes appointments, and treats Mia with incredible patience and compassion. The entire team is experienced, gentle, and so thoughtful — always offering treats and handling her with care. I always feel heard, respected, and supported by everyone there. My other dog, Ranger, had cancer, and Alma’s integrative approach has been amazing for him. He receives monthly ozone treatments to support his immune system and help manage his allergies, and the improvement in his overall comfort and quality of life has been remarkable. Alma Vet Connection truly cares about both pets and their owners. The compassion, experience, and individualized care from Dr. Steers and the entire team are unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else.
